Every student at TutorWise receives targeted support on their own material and goals. We don't apply a standardized program across the group. We find out what each student needs, build a plan around that, and adapt it as they progress.
Before sessions begin, every student goes through an in-person assessment so we have a clear starting point. That shapes everything that follows — the subjects we focus on, the pace, and the goals.

Reading comprehension, paragraph and essay writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis. Support for all grade levels, including reluctant readers and writers as well as students strengthening their academic writing.
Biology, chemistry, and physics for Grades 6–12. We make abstract concepts concrete, reinforce understanding before the exam, and help students prepare for science-heavy high school courses.
We work alongside your child's Individual Education Plan. Our tutors adapt instruction to match identified learning needs and keep parents informed on what is working and what may need adjusting.
English language development for students at all proficiency levels. Vocabulary, reading, writing, grammar, and spoken English connected to what students are expected to do in school.
EQAO, OSSLT, and subject-specific high school exams. We focus on question familiarity, time management, test strategy, and building the confidence to perform under pressure.
For students who struggle to work independently or stay organized. We teach the study strategies and habits that make a real difference over a full semester.
Targeted support for students in Grades 10–12 navigating university, college, and mixed-level courses. Also available for IB program students and SHSM coursework.
